Service Representative

·First Point of Contact - You are the first point of contact in the war on mosquitoes and other pesky insects that can ruin outdoor fun. You will build rapport and cultivate relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

· Inside Sales - You will develop an understanding of all our services and follow up with prospects as

well as communicate the value proposition of our other services in a compelling manner to current customers to increase the sale of our services (there is no cold calling required.)

·Subject Matter Expert. You’ll learn the proper guidelines for handling customer calls and identifying needs of customers and suggest services and/or products that are specific to the customer needs in order to generate revenue.

To Succeed in this Role as a Sales/Customer Service Representative

· Multitasker. You’ll be our customers’ first point of contact and responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer experience while using multiple systems including CRM, proposal and estimate generators, among others often simultaneously

· Strong systems experience. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and other web-based applications that will lend itself to learning our internal systems

Subject Matter Expert. You’ll learn the proper guidelines for handling customer calls and identifying needs

of customers and suggest services and/or products that are specific to the

customer needs in order to generate revenue.

 

Job Requirements for our Sales/Customer Service Representative...

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Extensive computer skills in various software and web-based applications including having experience with Microsoft Office products

· Strong attention to detail and follow through

· Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

· Prior customer service/call center experience is highly desirable


Benefits & Pay

The pay rate for this position is $18.00/hour plus bonuses based on achieving sales targets

· Afternoon/evening schedule - leaving your days free for other pursuits; schedule is Monday through Thursday 2 PM - 7 PM and Saturday 9 AM - 2 PM (Hours have some flexibility)
