About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to help drive our continued growth by leading the day-to-day customer service operations. This person will be the voice of Wonderly Lights, responding to inquiries, guiding clients through the sales process, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the main point of contact for both prospective and current clients

• Respond promptly to phone, email, and online inquiries

• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and follow through to close sales

• Coordinate with our design and installation teams to ensure client expectations are met

• Monitor active jobs and proactively communicate updates to clients

• Resolve client issues with professionalism, ownership, and care

• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes

• Represent the Wonderly Lights brand with a friendly, helpful, and positive attitude

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and make phone calls to assist with client inquiries and secure sales

• Accurately convey client needs to assessment and design teams

• Promote and maintain strong client relationships

• Take initiative to resolve service issues quickly and effectively

• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

• Clearly communicate service expectations and processes to clients

• Perform additional duties as needed to support the team

• Previous experience in phone sales or customer service
