Are you an experienced pest control professional who enjoys working in the field but also has what it takes to lead a team?

Mosquito Joe is looking for a hands-on, working Pest Control Supervisor who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, tackle challenging pest problems, and help our technicians become the best in the business.

This is NOT a desk job! You'll be in the field performing pest control services while also helping train, guide, and support our technicians.

We handle everything from mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas to rodents, ants, spiders, wasps, and overwintering pests. Every season brings something different!

What You'll Be Doing

• Working in the Field: Perform residential and commercial pest control treatments alongside our technicians.
• Leading by Example: Coach, mentor, and train technicians while maintaining your own service responsibilities.
• Solving Pest Problems: Diagnose pest issues and develop effective treatment solutions.
• Quality Control: Conduct occasional ride-alongs, field inspections, and treatment evaluations.
• Supporting the Team: Help troubleshoot equipment, application techniques, and challenging customer situations.
• Keeping It Safe: Ensure proper pesticide applications, safety procedures, and compliance with state regulations.

What We're Looking For

REQUIRED: Must currently hold an active New Hampshire F1 pesticide applicator license at the SUPERVISOR LEVEL. Operational-level credentials do not qualify.

• Experience treating a variety of residential and commercial pest problems.
• Strong knowledge of pest control products, equipment, and application methods.
• Leadership ability and a willingness to train others.
• A positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to perform physical fieldwork in varying weather conditions.
