Your Mission if You Choose to Accept It - Responsibilities as a Licensed Pesticide Applicator

· Stay up to date - Maintain Massachusetts licensing requirements and proficiency to conduct Mosquito Joe services.

· Doing It with Style - As the face of the Mosquito Joe brand, you bring professionalism by following our Mosquito Joe process. In addition, you go above and beyond to deliver an unparalleled customer service experience.

· Stay off radar - Ensure company is in compliance with federal, Massachusetts, and local regulations.

· Be all knowing - Provide expert advice and training to franchise business owner, field technicians and customers on outdoor pest control.

To Succeed in this Role as a Licensed Pesticide Applicator

· Always bring your A-game. Remember, you are always on a public stage (and often on customers' cameras). You might think no one is home or watching, but you could impress someone with your pest-control professionalism!

· Take training of others seriously. Provide expert advice to staff, field technicians and customers on outdoor-pest control.

· Do it right the first time. Ensure field technicians are following the Mosquito Joe process. You don’t want the customer to call the technicians back out to do it over.

· Leave the whining at home. Some days the work will be hard. It will be hot. You will not want to work. Then your work ethic will kick in, and you’ll show up with a smile.

Job Requirements

There are a few minimum requirements for our Massachusetts Licensed Pesticide Applicator:

· You must have a current and clean driver's license.

· You must be able to lift and carry a backpack, which weighs approximately 60 lbs. (This will be your strength training workout.)

· You must be able to walk with a 60 lb. backpack for 20 minutes or so several times a day. (This will be your cardio workout. You can cancel your gym membership.)

· You must be able to handle the summer heat. (It's like being paid to go to the sauna.)

· You must maintain your current Massachusetts Applicator License to enable you to service residential and commercial properties on behalf of the business.

The pay range for this position with your license is $21.00 to $24.00 depending on prior experience in this or similar mosquito or pest control positions.
