Job Requirements

There are a few minimum requirements for our Mosquito Control Technician:

· You must be able to lift and carry a backpack, which weighs 65 lbs. (This will be your strength training workout.)

· You must be able to walk with a 65 lb. backpack for a lengthy period of time. (This will be your cardio workout. You can cancel your gym membership)

· You must wear protective gear and a uniform. (You will be protecting yourself while looking good in uniform)

· You must be able to handle the summer heat. (It is like being paid to go to the sauna.)

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour and depends on whether you have prior experience in this or other similar mosquito or pest control positions.

What we have to offer:

· Four Day Work Week - We work four 10-hour work days per week with no nights and limited weekends (weather permitting)!

· Bonus - Year end bonus of up to $2,000!

· Off-Season Stipend - Permanent full-time employees receive a monthly stipend of up to $1,000 during February & March.

·Paid Vacation - All employee receive one week paid vacation after one year of service.
