**This position requires you to be on-site in our Dunwoody Office. Remote work is not available.**


Your Mission if You Choose to Accept It - Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative


Your role as the first point of contact is to address customer calls and inquiries related to service, scheduling, and billing. You act as a liaison between the local office and field technicians, ensuring effective communication and resolving service and scheduling issues.


Job Requirements

There are a few minimum requirements for our Customer Service Representative.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications including experience with Microsoft Office products

· Strong attention to detail and follow through.

· Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

· Prior customer service/call center experience is desired

-able to work in a fast-paced environment


Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this full-time position is $40,000 annually.
