Responsibilities as Customer Service Sales Associate

· As the first point of contact, you will handle customer calls, texts, and emails about new services, treatments, scheduling, and billing inquiries daily.

· Bring your professionalism and sense of humor, follow our Mosquito Joe process, and go above and beyond to deliver an unforgettable customer service experience.

· Communicate with office staff and field technicians to resolve sales, service, and scheduling issues.

· Maintain and promote brand reputation like an ambassador. Customer retention is a key element, so ensuring customer satisfaction and cultivating long-term relationships is an important part of the job.

· Selling and providing pest-control services helps to improve and protect lives, and fewer pests lead to more happiness.

· Are you charismatic? Do you like people? Have a buzz-worthy personality? Use your wit and charm to swat away objections, close deals, and sign-up customers.

· New customer acquisition is a key element to the growth of our company and your career. You will be responsible and rewarded for selling additional services to existing customers, as well as developing and growing our customer base.

You will Succeed in this Position If

· Always bring your A-game – Sales experience is a plus, but if you can sell ice to an Eskimo or sandals to a snake, we want to hear from you!

· Use your relationship building skills to generate leads and sales through creative social media, telemarketing, public events, referrals from existing clients and reaching out to past clients. (No cold calling.)

· You create a memorable first impression by educating customers about the importance of mosquito, tick, and pest control and how our services can help them enjoy their outdoor and indoor spaces without the annoyance of or potential illness from pesky pests.

· You schedule daily service visits online with efficient routes that reduce drive time and CO2.

Job Requirements

· At least 19 years old and have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

· Attentive to detail, ability to solve problems and follow tasks and projects through to completion.

· Prior sales experience, customer service, or call- center experience is highly desired, but not required.

· Punctual and dependable.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

· Strong organization, filing, and phone skills.

· Basic math and computer skills. Familiar with various software including Microsoft Office products.

Pay and Perks

· Starting range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 an hour depending on prior experience in this or similar positions.

· No nights and limited Saturdays in season
