Job Description

The Customer Service & Marketing Representative plays a critical role in maintaining and growing our customer base. This position combines customer service, phone sales, and marketing support, engaging customers across multiple channels to deliver excellent service and promote our offerings.

You’ll interact directly with customers to answer questions, resolve concerns, set up new accounts, and help drive sales and retention through strong communication and relationship-building.


Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and positively with customers
  • Manage and execute customer sales processes via phone and online channels
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives by educating customers on services, promotions, and offerings
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints via phone and email
  • Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate customer information
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and retention
  • Direct complex or unresolved issues to management as needed
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Update and manage customer databases

Education & Experience

  • Strong computer skills, including Google Mail and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to type and perform accurate data entry
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Phone sales or customer-facing sales experience preferred
  • Interest or experience in marketing, customer engagement, or sales support is a plus

Pay & Benefits

$40,000-up to 45,000
