Your Mission if You Choose to Accept It - Responsibilities as a Customer Experience Coordinator…
· First Point of Contact – Yep, you’ll be one of the first people customers interact with in the war against mosquitoes and outdoor pests that try to ruin backyard fun. You’ll play a huge role in helping customers feel heard, cared for, and confident they chose the right company.
You’ll help customers daily by:
- Scheduling services
- Answering billing and invoicing questions
- Managing customer accounts
- Handling phone calls, texts, and emails
- Customer acquisition
- Helping customers understand our services
- Customer retention
- Creating a positive and professional customer experience

· Brand Ambassador - Manage brand reputation through direct dealings with customers either by phone or email. Customer retention is a key element, so ensuring customer satisfaction and cultivating long term relationships is also a very important role you would be playing.

To Succeed in this Role as a Customer Experience Coordinator…
· Always bring your A-game. You’ll be one of the first impressions customers have of our company, so professionalism, positivity, and reliability matter.
· Subject Matter Expert. You’ll learn the proper guidelines for handling customer calls and identifying needs of customers and suggest services and/or products that are specific to the customer needs in order to generate revenue.
· Stay Organized. Scheduling, communication, and multitasking are all huge parts of this role. Attention to detail is important.
· Bring Creativity to the Table. We want someone who can contribute ideas, help build culture, and make our brand feel engaging and authentic online.
Job Requirements
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Computer skills in various software and web-based applications including having experience with Microsoft Office products.
· Strong attention to detail and follow through.
· Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
· Prior sales and customer service experience.
· Prior social media experience preferred.
· Experience with Canva, Facebook, Instagram, or Google Business Profile is a plus.
· Comfortable taking photos/videos for content creation.
Benefits & Pay
The pay range for this position is $18 to $20 per hour and depends on whether you have prior experience in this or other similar roles.
