To Succeed in this Role as a Service Professional/Installer:

• Have a zeal for service. Some days, the work will be hard and the temperature will be either too hot or too cold. The key is to remember that we are providing a service to other hard working people that deserve our best effort.
• Always bring your A-game. Remember, you are always on a public stage. You might think no one is home or watching, but you might impress someone with your professionalism!
• Take the training seriously. You will learn the proper guidelines for using the products, and we will even help you get licensed where required.
• Take ownership of your actions. We will give you the schedule and timing for the day and basically set you free to do your job. It's up to you to do it to the best of your ability.
• Do it right the first time. No one wants a customer to call you back out to do it over, not the customer not the company and certainly not you. If you don't have time to do it right, when will you have time to do it over?
• Be observant and creative when assessing each unique property. Every property is different, with different problems to solve. Solve them, and add value to the lives of others.

Job Requirements

There are a few minimum requirements for our Service Professionals/Installers:

• You must be able to lift and carry a backpack, which weighs 65 lbs.
• You must be able to walk with a 65 lb. backpack for a lengthy period of time.
• You must be willing and able to climb a ladder
• You must wear protective gear and a uniform.
• You must be able to handle the summer heat.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $15 to $22/hr plus productivity pay. The range depends on prior experience in this or other similar service professional positions..
